Private residence clubs launched in Chicago area

The Wrigley Residences on Lake Geneva and The Residence Club at Geneva National are two new private residence clubs in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin (pictured), which offer Chicago-area families with an affinity for golf and lake vacations the chance to take advantage of the benefits of fractional ownership real estate.

The Wrigley Residences on Lake Geneva consists of two fully furnished, 4,400 square-foot homes in addition to private boat privileges, a private pier, sport membership privileges at Geneva National Golf Club, and personalized club services. Introductory pricing for the four-bedroom homes is $298,000 for a one-tenth undivided interest with flexible use of both residences.

The Residence Club at Geneva National offers those with a passion for golf an unrivaled location on the links coupled with golf membership and access to all Geneva National Golf Club facilities. The fully furnished three-bedroom homes are surrounded by 54-holes of championship golf. Ownership comes with "Generational Privileges”, a special membership package allowing three generations to play golf with no green fees, and use of the fitness and dining facilities. Owners and their guests may also enjoy lake recreation with the residence club's private boats and the community's swimming pools and tennis courts. Introductory pricing is $74,500 for a one-twelfth undivided interest with flexible use of all residences.

Both residence clubs offer housekeeping, on-site storage, pre-arrival grocery shopping, and a club concierge. They are also pet-friendly (dogs only). Exchange privileges with other luxury residence clubs in a variety of destinations are offered through The Elite Alliance

FairWyn Development and Genco Development, LLC, developers of The Wrigley Residences and The Residence Club at Geneva National, respectively, have engaged Chicago-based DCP International to structure, market, and sell each property.
